Went to have a coolant diagnostic done. Car was overheating. Told them i had already changed the thermostat, etc. They said it was this this and that... Paid over 300$ for them to come out and tell me, after im getting ready to pick my car up, my water pump is gone. Now, how did you NOT see that during the diagnostic? This place has went beyond downhill. I'd never recommend this place to anyone.
Kept vehicle for 6 days still not acceptable, no one to communicate with know one had details of car, SLOPPY SERVICE
