Absolutely hate the service dirty diamonds won't take my ring back, I hate this place will never buy from them again
Had an awful experience with a "jewelry consultant" who was busy talking to her girl friend and other co workers instead of helping us replace a stolen wedding band. Needless to say I left the store with no ring and in tears for how rude she was.
