Jimmy is incredible! Great personality and customer service. Atmosphere is very nice & energetic. Merchandise is playing as walked in and workers are all very friendly (yes even Diana) haha, and all seem to be a great team.
Nobody likes to have to borrow money with little to no notice but when the time comes and it does for most of us sooner or later, it sure is nice to have well trained and experienced people working in a very presentable and clean environment. Not what I expected from a pawn broker at all. I could have eaten off the floor and the courteous, professional delivery of the staff blew me away. Unfortunately, of recent I have had the experience of borrowing like this a little to frequently and this was an experience i might not mind doing under even the best of circumstances. I am sure of this. I had a little time to look around. Everything on the shelf looked very well taken care of and had been thoroughly check for proper operation before being placed out available for purchase and the prices, I don't know how they can do that but it appears as if the buyer and the seller are being serviced with the utmost diligence. Check it out yourself and PLEASE tell them I sent you there.
