Several great doctors here. It also has a rehab as in physical rehab right beside the doctors office. It all sits on one single floor you can even watch small aircraft take off and land right beside it.
my husband and i have been seeing dr, Lathom for many years , we do like him and he is very attentive , and is always there for us and the staff they are also excellent would not change
Dr. Van Meter is very professional in dealing with his patients. From the moment he entered the door up to the time he left the room. He always explained to me in every detail of what was the cause of whatever sickness I have. Highly recommended!!!
I just called to ask if they my insurance was in network with them and the lady told me she couldn't answer that and to call my insurance company to find out! What a lazy way to operate! They just lost my business. Chances are if the front office ladies can't tell you which insurances they do or do not take, they will more than likely cost you more money in the long run by not doing their job correctly! Lazy and inconsiderate. No thanks!
I have been going to Riverwood medical associates for 20 years. I have always respected all of the doctors at Riverwood medical associates. However, Dr. Van Meter has added things on my bill that was not performed on more than one occasion. It has taken me months to get it straightened out. Carolinas healthcare system is awful when you are dealing with billing issues. Most of the staff is cool; the other half is just rude. Hope no one has the same issues as I have had.
