I would give the entire experience a negative score. Dr Jordan was nice but she added more money to her appointment ticket by adding lab work unnecessarily and unapproved by me the patient. The staff was uneducated in the laws of HIPAA and insurance and lied. Overall it is a new office with new values of $ over patients. Unfortunate for Gaston Co. if you want appropriate treatment go to Charlotte.
