I did make an attempt to report this behavior to a supervisor and when "Barbara" (I believe this was a fake name given) called back she was very aggressive with me. She didn't care one bit about the experience I had nor did she aknowledge, apologize or empathize with any thing I had told her. I told her that I had since made an appointment with a different practice and she began to inturupt continuously me saying "what exactly can I do for you then" ... Terrible people!
I love this place.....their very calm and goid with the children. I will always recommend others to tgis facility. Thanks and 2 thumbs up to everyone.
I absolutely do not recommend this office, I have been accosted, hung up on and refused appointments all because I asked for a supervisor. ANTHONY Was the rep I spoke with and SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB. My child had a true dental emergency and he was the most salty, rude and disrespectful office assistant I have ever have the displeasure of speaking with.I sat outside the office while calling in to make an appointment and watched the office staff chat and ignore the calls. If I could add the photos and recordings to my review I would.The doctors are great but getting past that front office is the hardest part.
If I could rate no stars I would due to the office staff. Hygienist are nice that's about the best I can say. Front desk staff is rude. Good luck getting and appointment. For over a year my children have been on a cancellation call list. When you do get an appointment be prepared to wait well beyond appointment time. Procedures can't be completed on time due to scheduling problems. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for treatment.

The front desk assistant was rude.... no one greeted us when we walked in. The assistant at the check in desk was on the phone. However there were three standing behind her having a conversation about someone else they work with. The dentist was AWESOME they need to get the front desk together. They were so unprofessional. We won't be returning.
