My experience was exceptional!!! Dr. Jones & his surgical tech Gina were phenomenal!! I had to have all my teeth removed & get dentures. During the procedure we all laughed & made jokes. They helped me be relaxed & have zero worries. The entire staff, Valerie, Taylor & Robin, has helped me during the transition & they have gone above & beyond all expectations!! They are super nice & they will do whatever it takes to assist you with any issue you may have. I highly recommend them for anyone who has a fear of the dentist or anyone who needs a new smile! I can't say enough how happy I am with everything they have done for me. I have a great smile & definitely not embarrassed to show it anymore!! Thanks Dr. Jones & Staff

I was called back to begin the process and the tech was extremely nice and professional. She did my X-rays and started my first set of impressions. As the first set was curing the doctor walked in and we discussed which style I wanted to choose. I was slightly confused but they quickly showed me the differences and pointed me in the best option to suit what I wanted. As he got started with the other forms of impressions he explained the process the whole way through. There is a very light and humorous mood in the office. The doctor and tech worked hand in hand in a seemless fashion.
Very very good. my husband has a tendency to faint at stressful medical/dental procedures. They kept him at ease, took care of the issue, and quick. He was able to walk out after and drive home. AND They gave him Prescriptions for pain and helping the sutured area heal. This is something the OTHER place he had a tooth extracted at earlier this year, NEVER DID. That place was no where NEAR as good and professional and efficient as this place. Highly recommend if you need extractions and/or dentures.
As they finished all of their steps. I was informed of the process that was about to follow in which the denture would be prepared.
I went back to the front desk and discussed my method of payment and also schedule my next appointment. It all went so effortless. I will highly recommend this office to anyone looking to have the denture needs met and exceeded.
Very very pleased with my experience! I called and received my appointment date less than a week out. When I arrived the ladies at the front desk were very personable and very helpful. They greet you with a feeling that is unlike any other dentist office I have ever Benin into. They got me through the process of paperwork quickly and effortlessly.
Everyone was so friendly and professional! I had a difficult tooth and the doc took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable. Will definitely be using these guys in the future!!
