I would actually give them -5 stars if possible. My husband was seen and treated at the hospital for difficulty breathing and severe anxiety. They recommend this office to followup with and continue further treatment because his insurance hasn't kicked in yet. The awesome nurses at the hospital even got me in contact with this office to make an appointment. I spoke with a representative, set the appointment & even confirm the date, time & location before getting off the phone with her. We then go to his already made & set appointment. The front desk tells us they don't have him down for an appointment. They then find the paperwork from the hospital about the appointment but somehow the appointment was never put into their schedule & the doctor that my husband was referred to was gone to a meeting because someone failed at their job to enter his appointment into the schedule. This is the second time that we have had issues with this office. I definitely won't recommend this office to anyone especially if you have a serious illness you need treated!
Extremely pleased with my visit. Everyone was polite and courteous. I had a tooth extracted and the entire process took about an hour and a half. That includes new patient paperwork and all. The dentist and dental assistant were very professional and did an excellent job. The procedure was nearly painless and the cost was excellent. Thank you very much. Y'all are the best!!! I will definitely be back.
My daughter had a appointment for Friday they call Monday and say oh we can’t see her he pedo doc want be in and that’s who wanted to see her remind you when I made the appointment the lady told me the pedo doc wouldn’t be there and I said it was fine she have cavities she can be see by someone else because she due for a cleaning she said ok and scheduled my apt. I guess certain doctors don’t want to see kids and my daughter is 2 and does a great job at any doctors office believe it or not they even got X-rays on her like I said my daughter have cavities but I refuse to take myself back or her !! I will take her to a pedo office and I will find me a new general office ! I’ve recently had a cavity filled and I’m still having pain from that tooth when eating sweets !? How I would not recommend them at all and I’ve been going here since I was 5 !
I just called out of the blue for a tooth extraction and they were so nice and made me an appointment it was very reassuring! I hope the appointment goes as well
I came in at 7 months pregnant with horrible pain and had to extract a wisdom tooth. The doctor was a pro, was fast and numbed me up very well. Am bringing my daughter here and would definitely recommend this place.
