The customer service experience was a solid five, but I'm taking a star off for the hassle of returning the original car I rented and exchange it due to it smelling like cigarette smoke.
He was very courteous and friendly throughout the whole process. I would definitely rent from them again.

Excellent experience. The staff were very professional. The car was clean. I had to change the size of the car due to needing more space and they were very accommodating even to the point of making a follow up call the next day to make sure all was satisfactory for me. The car was a Hyundai Santa Fe and it was a pleasure to drive. We traveled over 1000 miles in 4 days. Thank you.
the vehicle I was given was decent, however, it was not the vehicle I was supposed to have. I was booked with enterprise through an insurance company and they booked me for a truck since that's what I drive normally. I called about a week before my pickup date to request I be switched to a car to save money and they said this wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived they told me there were no cars and gave me a truck. Then, I was told that as long as I returned it by the same time the next day there would be no extra charges. When I returned the truck they told me that they were charging me for another day of insurance coverage even though originally they told me I wouldn't be charged and explained that since it's through insurance it's by the calendar day not by the time of pickup.
The car was clean and had a full tank of gas.
Rented from here a few times now and overall experience was pretty good. They have good customer service and got me in and out pretty quickly. I'm pretty sure I will rent from them again!
Good overall experience renting a car over the first weekend in October. I first picked up the car early in the morning and then went back to my hotel to get ready for the day. When I returned outside, the temps had gone up and the smell of cigarette smoke became very prevalent in the rental SUV.
I was very disappointed with the quality of their customer service and after talking to a few people that had similar issues realized this company that claims to be "family oriented" is clearly very corporate. Hertz customer service is much better and offers great discounts I will be renting from them and the insurance company said they will likely switch from enterprise as well.

I was checked in and out so fast. My car was perfect. The only problem with the car was low windshield fluid light kept coming on.
The staff was awesome. I got a ride there and back home. The drivers were so nice and treated me with such courtesy.
I contacted Jiris, the assistant manager, to let him know. He told me to bring the car in and they would get me something else. I showed up a couple of hours later to exchange the car, expecting another small SUV or comparable sedan (my reservation was for a "Standard or better". He upgraded me to a brand new full-size truck at no charge. The truck barely had 400 miles on it, and he took care of all of the paperwork ahead of time, making the process very smooth.
