I rented a car from Blvd and did not even get a mile up the Street with the car, and the engine started to overheat and steam filled up the cabin. I had to immediately pull over. I called Blvd, and they told me I had to wait for them to come and look at the car. I waited for over an hour and when they finally came, they told me I had to wait till the end of the day to get in another car . Horrible experience. I would never rent from Blvd ever again.
The shuttle service to the Charlotte Airport really came in handy when all other car rental places had no vehicles.
My experience with blvd rent a car was excellent. Was facing a dilemma with my bank and they helped me thru the whole process. From now on i wont have to go anywhere else because this is where i will be renting from now on. Thank everyone there with your patience and willing to help me and to get my family to my family reunion this weekend. U guys rock!! Also thank you to Ms Lawana for her patience with my 3yr old!
