Well I'm back to change my review of this Petsmart that I originally gave a one star review back in the day. It's actually a joy to go back in this store again. They got a lot of new staff that are friendly and knowledgeable. No more pulling teeth to get crickets for my critters. No more false information on the pets they sell. And best of all the last few critters I have bought from them actually have been in good health. I have had many funny conversations with there staff because they are friendly now. I love it! I admit the only problem I have with store now is that it's getting pretty old and is in need of a renovation. Especially with the tanks the animals are in. I feel they should be a little bigger. But to be fair these things costs lots of money. So for what they got they are doing good with it. So good on you Petsmart for actually changing my opinion about you.
I love their grooming services. They never let me down, tonight my fur baby received a bath from Corie D. and she did absolutely amazing. When my fur baby gets groomed he sees Lisa V. and she also does an amazing job! I will forever be a Petsmart customer due to their grooming services. Thank you guys!!!
My wife asked one of the staff to put a few water pellets in with the crickets we bought for our dragons because Petco always does. The young lady then said "Well go to Petco" after my wife spoke to the manager about it he did nothing at all. Great way to gain customer loyalty. We will not be back.
Pet smart in Gastonia- a good store with a great heart. I love being there on Saturdays for rescue adoption day.
Thank you for wasting my time twice, same thing happened yesterday and today Ive asked for help 3 times to different employees and all of them have told me to wait .. I mean i can see you guys talking and laughing with eachother.. is it more important than helping a customer?
