If I could give no stars in would. This is the worst travel agency in have ever used. The lady of the business is beyond rude and was no help even answering simple questions, a well educated travel agent should know. Save yourself the obnoxious nessus & headache and plan your trip with another agency. I would suggest one of the many in Charlotte.
