Poor service, very long wait for food. Upon getting our food about 30 minutes after initially sitting down our server informed us that they would be closing soon. Food was okay, had to ask an available server for refills, utensils, napkins...when one was around. People too concerned on cleaning and leaving to get out the door instead of treating customers well. Also the restaurant was not very clean and tables felt sticky.
Lunch was good. Waiter was average. I still left a good tip. The air could've been better. It felt like the hospital in there.
It was very good. Service was great! I stopped by at lunch time but the food smelled so good I had supper. I ordered steak and shrimp plate. The only exception was that I had asked for a rare steak and it came medium rare, almost no pink at all. The steak was sheared, which was good, although I was not expecting a sheared steak. Nevertheless, it was still delicious, just not as I had ordered it.
Overall it was definitely a good meal. I would recommend them and their steaks.
Destiny was a wonderful and exciting bartender. Came in towards the end of the evening after a very long day at work. She made every effort to make my day better and was successful. The food was amazing and the conversation was even better. Thank you Destiny.
That and I had to change from asparagus which came on the plate to broccoli which was second choice as far as the vegetable was concerned. They were out of asparagus.
We love Chili’s, and the Gastonia location is their BEST! The food is always perfect and the service is top-notch. Treat yourself and let Kaytea, their best bartender, take care of you and you will return often!
