Did an online reservation and arrived to pick up the truck. Only problem is the truck was locked and no one answered the phone to give me the keys. Won’t be using this location EVER again. Huge inconvenience. Don’t offer reservation if you don’t have keys available.
I love these people they always treated us nicely no problems at all with administration
Slow service waited while employees serviced a car and others were on break. Recommend using another rental place they suck!
