I tried calling over 3 times to order food for pick up.. and some worker kept hanging up on me... and telling me to get lost as if I was a prank call... so rude. Will never be back
Disgusting they served us rotten gravy and there was nothing right about our food. I will never visit waffle house again i was giving them another chance after being served rotten food at another location. Come on now awful waffle even you guys should do better than this. We dont expect much but not being served rotten food is an expectation.

We come here often. Used to go to the one in Kings mountain but the atmosphere and the staff are as different as night from day. Service at this one is great. There's one waitress in particular in Kings mountain that just plain doesn't care and her attitude is awful. There is one particular waitress at Bessemer City that is just fantastic. Terri is great
