Our experience was a really good one. Our waiter (Brent) was great. Very polite, courteous and he made sure we were satisfied. Food was really good too.
Been here several times and the service is always slow. I think they must be hiding out in the back. OTB seems to be slipping everywhere actually. Even food quality.
Good “Mexican” grill food with colorful, fun decor. The kids love the chips and queso. The service was quick and helpful. Taco Tuesdays are always a hit for us.
We have gone to this restaurant many times but today I decided it was time to change. Upon arrival, all the tables in the bar area were covered with dirty dishes as three servers stood at the end of the bar talking. The floor needed cleaned as it had dropped food at two tables and in the bar area. Our server was a nice young man and took our order but my mixed drink was so bad it had to be returned. We ordered a dish with chicken but got beef. As we left the restuarant, four of the tables still set with dirty dishes as a number of servers talked to one servers child that set at the bar. Bottom lone, it was a trashy place today.
Food is cheap for a reason. Its plain not good. The classic burrito was sitting in a puddle of grease and had an overpowering flavor of the red and green peppers. The overall flavor was that of a microwaved burrito. The side of rice was bland, and the refried beans were salty. On a positive note, the margaritas are the best value anywhere, with an 18oz glass for $4, I would go back when I want a night out at the bar with friends. Everything included, with the side of tortilla chips, the bill was just over $15.
