This night was on Dec. 9th. It was around 8p.m. The young man at the counter was very courteous. It was my first time eating at Marco's Pizza. I must say the pizza her recommended the Uno was wonderful. Plus I received a free movie. Awesome wonderful place. I'm going back again. Thanks to the wonderful people that made my Friday night.
Started out a great pizza shop in Gastonia! Now it's the worst Marcos I've ever been to. Pizza is of very poor quality and service is Terrible! I've given the benefit of the doubt over the last few months. I order pizza 3-4 times a week to help boost moral at work, or for at home. I'll keep taking my business elsewhere. Too bad, It used to be great pizza.
Terrible! Just got cheezy bread & it was reheated no sauce. Don't waste your money. Called the store talked to Leslie & he said "sorry".
Ordered 2 pizzas before 3 pm for girls sleepover tonight for 6:30 pm. It's 7:30 pm and still no pizza. Manager claimed they entered order as "drive in" but the receipt I was given clearly states DELIVERY. Manager made no accommodation for their error, just attitude & excuses. Poor customer service by far one of my worst experience. I need corporate's number. 2/17/17
