keep getting different messages saying they're closed during their normal business hours or that the mailbox isnt accepting voice mails. On top of that, their appointments are always weeks out so its not like we can get appointments on short notice. So what now?? There should at least be another number to call or an alternative to making appointments. Now i have to call them back to back in hopes of getting through the line. So Frustrating! They are about to lose a loyal client because of this ridiculous inconvenience

Horrible experience! Drove over an hour to find location had changed! Called and was told an email had been sent notifying of location change. I don't get to check email regularly due to long work hours and taking care of small children. A text was sent about appointment but not about location change. When asked if I could still come (new location 5 miles away) I was told I could reschedule for 3 hours later, after driving over an hour. I will never be back!!!
