My sister and myself went into the salon for a hair cut, we ended up with a 5 second chop job. I have sections of my hair with a 2 inch difference, she just grabbed hair and cut, all over my head, and left me with a frog tail. I will never allow them to touch my hair or my sisters or recommend them. Now I have to say the barber is very good and he cuts my boys hair awesome, but for the females I’d steer clear if I was you, I had a shelf when she was done, that was about 3”, I would have gotten a better cut if I handed the scissors to my three year old nephew
Went there ask for high lights on honey 10 min after she started told me gonna eat and then ask my sister to cut the foil for her, sit there whit my hair already started and finish like an orange zebra went back so she fix it and told me have to pay and it was my fault cuz is the color I told her again there is a joke very unprofessional never go there
Ladies if you are natural and care anything about your curls do NOT go here! The salon I normally go to is closed on Mondays so made a last minute decision to try this place. I specifically told lady that shampooed my hair (because the one that actually blowed out my hair didn't speak any English) to use a good heat protectant! I saw the bottle and could feel my stylist spraying it throughout the process, but idk if she just wasn't aiming right or if the product wasn't good because after washing my hair I had significant heat damage!! Especially in the back, loose stretched damaged curls that now touch my shoulders, and before while curly it only came to like the middle of my neck. There's random straight pieces here and there. And some places in the top of my head at the root just straight no curl at all. I should have followed my instincts and just waited.
