Absolutely love this place has every workout machine you could think of and has plenty of them tanning beds massage chairs hydro massage chairs very nice people very clean love it
PF is a friendly, spacious gym that is dedicated to allowing its members the opportunity to work out without scrutiny or shame. The Gastonia location is a shining example of this philosophy.
Love the fact that they have different rooms to target different areas. I usually do the treadmill, abs, and arms on the weekdays. Every day they are greeting and also saying goodbye and have a nice day when you leave. The only thing I would say is that the massage table was making a very loud knocking noise when using, the girl mentioned that it was messing up that day. Other than that, it is truly a no judgment zone. Love this gym!
Best PF I have seen. Staff could be a little more excited about being there, but, hey, I get it. It's a job. Always clean and I love the extra workout areas, like the cross fit special area.
As a new member with a black card, was surprised and impressed that the staff realized it was our first time there and gave us a tour of their facilities! He even let us know if at any time we had questions to feel free to ask him! We felt very welcomed!
