Awesome experience - great car!!!, and Tim was awesome enough to drive me to the bank (stupid bank max on debit card). Tim also made financing optiond transparent and delivered with a bow on the car! This is not my first and will not be my last CarMax purchase!
They were really trying to help us out but I feel like the Explorer that we got was basically push onto us. I needed a car quick because of my job requires me to have a vehicle. We wanted an explorer but no light interior(cause of the kids)and upgraded features(rearview camera etc...) So since we had to wait for the one we wanted to be transfer, the sales person suggested us to get one now and we have 5 days to exchanged it...But that wasn't the case, yes we did have five days but was not aware that the banks would then denied it or make us pay a bigger down payment... If we would have known that I would have just went to a different dealership period and never got the one that I have now...they definitely need better communication and I would have just returned the truck but was not aware it takes a week for my money to be refunded ...So I guess we will have to spend more money to get the things we want in our truck!!!Thanks anyway!
I had a good experience at this Carmack location. I wanted to get a quote for a car. The experience was quick and even though I didn't sell my car to them I left knowing that the new car dealer I was dealing with had offered me a decent trade in value for my car. The entire time involved with getting was less than 30 minutes.
We just purchased our second vehicle from here. After almost being devoured at the KIA dealership we decided to purchase our optima from CarMax instead. Got us a great interest rate and we were in and out very quickly. Definitely a great experience. Keith was a great non hassle salesman.
Took my van for service, was very pleased with Aaron. Ashley was ok but I felt like she couldn't be bothered. The repair was done quickly and they kept me informed every step of the way.
