I've always liked skating as a kid, now my kids go to the skating rink and I enjoy going with! It's good clean healthy fun for the family, gets y'all away from the phones and TVs and together interacting with others and the cardio exercises don't exactly hurt anything! Two nights in a row and you'll discover muscles that you never knew you had! I recommend everyone coming out and joining the fun times at Kate's skating rink! Enjoyed every trip this far, many more to explore!
So much fun for the kids! But they NEED to fix the menu, it does not stay on the same screen for more then 15 seconds. You can not even look at it before it flashes to another screen.
Had a birthday party here for 2 of my daughters. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the pizza dough was raw in the middle and the pitchers of soda had black specks floating in it. They were quick to replace the cups, but refilled with the wrong soda. I had to ask 3 times for the replacement pitchers and once received, the soda was mostly flat. My girls and their friends did have a fun time, but from a parents perspective it was definitely not worth $275!
Bout a family pack that come with a pizza and pitcher of drink .... we got the food ....5 kids and I grabbed slices get to the end of our slices to then notice that all the crusts was not cooked thoroughly (doughy) showed an employee she said go to the counter they’ll take care of it ... they asked for us to bring it back... the manager says to through the pizza back in the oven ???? Half of a pizza is what we still had she said ... we thought that was wrong so after talking to her over n over she’s just got the worst attitude says forget it I’LL MAKE YOU ANOTHER PIZZA!!! She was trying to insist that we had already ate half of it even though we didn’t eat it all and was even going to put the pizza we already ate off of back in the oven too!!! Ridiculous!!!!! I asked for my money back she responded with you can have it back on your way out the door... horrible... service... the manager needs training in customer service desperately....
I would not recommend this place for a party.
Nice roller rink. Came here on Sunday. Several birthday parties going on. Fun for all.
