I called to let them know the traffic lights were out and that people were almost running into each other. The lady that answered was extremely rude and said that was not their area and that it was lowell’s but they only have one officer on duty during the day and he has to answer calls. Yes, I get that, but they’re going to be responding to a lot more calls when people start wrecking into each other. Unacceptable.

I'm a outdoorsman ,can't get out like I used to.i comprimise my walking due to copd n other ailments. I still like to go out enjoy nature n wildlife. Everytime I go to this one place in Dallas NC to photograph n observe the wildlife I get harassed by a Gastonia police officer by the name of Cline.he sits for hours in a government vehicle in the middle of a field where construction is in at times.doing nothing.no paperwork,ocasional phone call.but hours of taxpayers money being wasted by him sitting there constanly. Not just one ocasional but for the last 3 months have seen him and got him in pics and video while filming wildlife.its not posted or blocked off or anything.but when he sees me there he comes and threatens me for tresspassing. He even goes as far as pulling his car inside a company that's under construction to sleep n no get csught. My question is why is he harassing me for filming or takin pictures of wildlife in dallas nc and he is a Gastonia city police officer? #2 why is our tax money we pay for a officer and patrol car setting in a field behind n inside of a building under construction for hours at a time on a daily basis 2 to 3 times a week? All in all we have great police force and they do deserve credit on the great job most do..just remember that one bad apple in a bag will make the rest rot n look bad.
All Gastonia Police Officers are dirty. They will take bribes and will steal from you. Gastonia Police Department's new motto is, "Obey and Survive".
