Cleanest and most up to date Health Department I have ever been too. You may have long waits, but they also take walk-ins and appointments. Very kind and helpful staff.
I really want and need to come to your office but i'm getting a little scared from the comments on here. Will i be treated badly by your front desk and will i have to wait for 3 hours to see a doctor? I really want to be able to depend on your office staff with my health which is a big deal, as everyone's health is a big deal and should be treated as such when seeing your staff.
Love my doctor miss Barnes. But the wait time is ridiculous. It is very outrageous to go and have to be there for 3 hours
I took my ex there for insurance and a much needed check up. The workers were very pleasant and our wait time was only like 15 minutes from the time we walked through the doors til we spoke to a health care person. A good place to go.
This place is pretty fast getting in and out the door. BUT the receptionists are HORRIBLE. They never answer the phone, never call you back, don't know how to answer SIMPLE questions, and hang up on you! They have fired a few of them here recently so hopefully that won't be a problem anymore. Other than that, my doctor Dr. Barnes is great. She is very friendly & sweet! But sometimes our appmts feel a little rushed. I love they stay open late around 8pm so I can make it in after I get off work. I also love how clean and organized it is. Love that they have a security officer as well. All in all, good doctors, fast, and friendly staff.
