Quite nice for an older venue. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and well trained.
Everything was awesome. Employees are great with reasonable prices all around from the ticket to the snacks. Would have gotten a 5 star if only the theaters had been updated. I grew up in Gastonia and used to go all the time to this Regal. I feel like they've been left behind with all of the different upgrades other theaters have done in the area. But hey, the nostalgia was cool to see that not much had changed after 8 or 9 years of not going there,
Older movie theather that could use some updating. The recliner hairs woild be a great improvement. Concessions are rather pricey here as well.
This theater is feeling a bit sad and neglected. I went to see Blade Runner and the auditorium where it was showing (#2) smelled stale and old, like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Floors were icky-sticky and the seats were a bit gross. Just feels like the whole place needs a good deep clean.
The prices are kinda high for the matinee showing. The seats were comfortable. Staff was hit or miss friendly.
