Broken Buttons are my issue. Their cleaning was great, once they found my shirts. But the buttons on the bottom of my dress shirts were all broken. I have never had a dry cleaner that didn't repair things like that. I was disappointed especially since so many people recommended them so highly. I won't be back.
Do I recommend bou cleaners? Absolutely NOT! I was a loyal customer for years along with the rest of my family. Until one day I had dropped off some clothing there along with a coat. I was greeted very rudely as I enter the store by a employee. I ignored the issue and went on my way to later come back to pick up my clothing and my coat. I payed and left to see when I got home a dirty coat that had not looked like it had Evan been touched. I called the cleaners after I had discovered my coat and asked to talk to a manager. I was really polite and told him about the experience that I had and about my coat. After I explained the coat to him he told me it was very unlikely that the jacket wasn't cleaned and told me that it was clean but if I wasn't happy to bring it back. Well I took it back for him to be surprised but not open to the fact that the coat hadn't been touched! I dropped it off to be rea cleaned and picked it back up about 3 days later when it was supposed to be done in 2 days and took me two visits back to the cleaners where the first visit I come to find it wasn't ready yet. I never got an apology from any one there are the manager himself. I was very unhappy with my experience and will never be back.
Needed a shirt cleaned and pressed within a day for a event I wasn't prepared for. Not only did they do a great job my shirt was ready when I got there to pick it up. Also very polite customer service. Will use this location in the future for my dry cleaning needs.
