Took my Mother to the Gastonia location to receive a hearing test. Didn't realize, the tests there are always free with no obligation to purchase at this location which is AMAZING! The staff is very friendly and made us feel at home. Tara, the HCC was so sweet to us and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The specialist Beth was amazing and was very informative about the loss my Mother had and the best options she could use and afford. Needless to say, she did purchase and we can't be more happier that she did!
