This store is very well laid out and it's the first time I've ever been to a Harbor Freight so I don't know if they're all laid out and is clean as this one is what is very pleasant atmosphere. Sheranda, who checked me out was one of the most professional people that I've met in retail sale. I will definitely be coming back to this store.
We can always find great deals here. The coupons are nice too. They will stand behind their tools if you habe a problem with them. Keep your receipt and bring them back.
Called to see if they had a item in stock. Was told yes so drove 40 miles only to be told it was out of stock. They had the floor display but wouldn't sell it.
Not even worth one star so bad service only couple guys there are doing good go to return my cordless impact wasn't even able to take lug nut off and they try to say that's they couldn't return the 2 year plan on it because it's not coming up on computer I said I don't care it on my receipts and I pay for it so he cancel and return again he add return the two year plan because I only had this impact for week and they look at me like Since you came for return you don't deserve good service I return everything I got from there never deal with them anymore on tools
