The sales associate Shane was very helpful and answered all of our questions even if she had to ask the manager else to get answer. She didn’t hound us or rush us and gave us time to look to make our decision.
Once I was approved, I received several harassing phone calls about coming in , to the point that I did not want to shop Conn's at all..after a month went by I got a call from another young lady and decided I'd go in... Yolanda is the one that helped me and she was great... She made it a 5 star experience however I would definitely recommend the company cut back on the obnoxious phone calls.. it could potentially ruin the shopping experience and not leave a good rating for the salesperson that did a great job. Thanks.
