Now, I want to say something about the obvious trolls looking to hurt a small business owner... let me say that it doesn't take much to see and realize that this 1-star reviews that came in at the same time is nothing more than another business trying to exact revenge on Amy for saying no to them. I know for a fact that these are all employees of a bottom feeding credit card processing company oitnof Charlotte called Central Payment.

They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I love local businesses but this owner, Amy has a terrible attitude. I will never do business here and I suggest you don't either!

Amy is excellent! The flower arrangements are always stunning

I truly hate that Amy has had to endure the fake reviews and the impact it is having on her business. She is amazing. She took great care of us. That is the truth from a REAL customer. Thank you Amy for your caring, compassionate service to my wife and I. God bless you, your family and your business!

Central Payments uses dirty, deceitful sales tactics. I know. Made the mistake with them once. Never again. These "reviews" are a butt-hurt sales rep getting the gaggle of morons that are in the sales office with him to go blast the business owner out of the water with bad reviews on Google. This is bad business. They do not care. Work with them or else. Pathetic.

Amy went above and beyond for us. Her expert knowledge combined with taking the time to listen to us to understand our wishes produced an amazing arrangement. She is an example of what your floral experience should be. We would recommend Amy and Talleys Florist with full knowledge of how she interacts with actual customers.

Amy is amazing and an outstanding example of going above and beyond. I cannot thank her enough for taking the time out of her time off on a Saturday to ensure we were taken care of.

My father in law passed away late Friday, June 2nd. We went to the funeral home at 12 noon Saturday June 3rd to make arrangements for his visitation, funeral and graveside service. We left after 2pm and went to another florist in the area that was a friend of the family. No offense to that florist, her selections were slim pickings and she didn't seem too accommodating since she was low on fresh cut flowers because of "prom weekend". My wife was so upset because she wanted the perfect flower arrangement for her "daddy".

As a business owner, you are inundated with sales calls. These calls are many times met with aggressive sales reps trying to get a sales at all costs. They are usually defensive and rude to you when you tell them no, you're not interested. They want to argue that you are wrong and that you need to talk with them. All the while you may have a call on hold, a customer in front of you or a long list of tasks or jobs to finish by a deadline... and you're stuck on the phone with an idiot who will not take no for an answer!

We began calling to realize that florist shut down and close shop early on Saturdays. I also know that sometimes a shop owner will still be around working, even though the shop is closed. I called Talley's and left a message... it was a shot in the dark. My wife didn't want to wait until Monday to figure this out when the visitation was scheduled for that evening.

We arrived to the funeral home Monday evening and looked for the flower/plant arrangement. WOW! It was so beautiful! My wife started crying. It was exactly why she wanted.

I highly recommend Talley's. Amy is always so eager to help and make sure everything is perfect.

I was surprised by the low rating I saw for this business - until I realized three are from a man with the same name and a fourth is by a woman with the his surname. It seems a vendetta is being enacted, which is somewhat pathetic.

After about 20 minutes of giving up, my phone rang... it was Amy! She took the time to talk with us outside of business hours. She was sympathetic and compassionate towards us and our circumstances. We trusted her expertise and experience to provide us with an beautiful flower/plant combination.

When the need for flowers in my hometown area again arose today, I immediately pulled up Talley's. I look forward to seeing what is created this time - and at a competitive price, no less!

Months ago I used Talley's to provide an arrangement for the funeral of a childhood friend's mother. The resulting flowers were not only beautiful but also came in far cheaper than similar products on nationwide websites.
