Your “experts” suck. They never have any information on a product I’m asking about. I waited over 30 mins today for one to come unlock the Nintendo game case so I could buy my son a 3ds XL. I had to hunt down an employee 3 different times, first 2 said they were going to get the key and never returned. I did get lucky on the 3’rd employee, She actually returned with the key. Awesome customer serves guys.

Thank you for the great service Best Buy. I'm the last person who need to shop for electronics, especially on black Friday. Wasn't able to get any help at three stores I previously went to. All my questions were answered with a smile. Thank you Cole. Cashier even went over everything to make sure I had all my discounts. Will definitely be back.

I bought a Motorola Moto G5 plus within the last 5/6 months among , computers, multiple fire sticks and boxes, washing machine , surveillance system just the day before spent $200 in the same store among countless items.. well my power button went out on my phone and they wouldn't warranty the phone said it was on Motorola, after speaking with Motorola I was forced to go without my phone until a new one was received and putting up several hundred dollars until they got my old one in return. So I asked to speak with manager to see if maybe I could get a break a new phone and I would just purchase another one from them, same place I bought the first one..the girl went and spoke with him but since he was ready to go home he just ignored the whole situation never had anyone else to talk to me just ignored me like I wasn't even there. This was Thursday 12/14/2017 at 9:00 pm ..So if you want to buy a new phone and thinking of using Best buy of Gastonia I'd think twice idk about you but some of us work hard to buy the thing's we need and spend alot of money just to be given the run around I'm done with them and I rarely give reviews even if I feel I got poor service. For what it's worth!!!
