Completed probation and a year later I was locked up for sixty days due to a paperwork error. Missed the birth of my daughter due to the overvigilance of the solicitor, even when my wife had a letter from my probation officer saying it was completed. Waited thirty days to be told it was too busy in court, I'll be on hold another thirty. As a veteran that's traveled a lot, this is the most crooked county I've ever encountered.
Truly hate coming here whenever I do. Not a criminal, never been to jail(although anyone who may go, doesn't mean they're a bad person) but every damn time I come here, the same lady has the nastiest attitude for no God given reason! I rather go to court than deal with her "dismissing" any of my traffic offenses! This is what's wrong with the world. You never know what someone is dealing with and your first line of communication is to be a B****. I'm actually a law student but I'll make sure not to treat people this way when I do work in law... "Just because I feel like it''. Pathetic!
Who doesnt dislike the Gaston County Courthouse?? Lol... No offense of course.
Maybe people have bad reviews based on the reason they’re going to the courthouse. I do research and the clerk of court here is nothing but pleasant and helpful. Would be 5 star if they had WiFi like many of the other courthouses in NC
