Was definitely not worth $27. I had to reclean windows, vacuum, and wipe all the interior when I got home. The only thing they may have wiped down is the dash. I expected to have cup holders and all obvious dirt clean off. I'm pretty sure they didn't even touch the consoles in the back. The mediocre vacuum job was infuriating. I bought one of the more expensive washes and I should not have had to redo it when I got home. I won't be back.
They did a horrible job! Not only did the wash not get visible dirt off but I watched then "clean" my car. They never even opened the rear liftgate!!!! I walked around my car when they said they were done, I was was getting more and more upset at the mess they left. I paid for the managers special because I love my car to be CLEAN. I will NEVER return here and will make sure no one I know does either!! You should be ashamed!
My car was very dirty after sitting while waiting to get fixed. Would of been five stars but not a good job on Windows. Other friends have told me they had the same problem.
So, what was going to be a nasty review turned into a 5 star review. I took my car here today to have it cleaned after it got stuck in the mud last night. If you’ve ever been stuck in the mud before, you know how messy it gets. Needless to say there was mud EVERYWHERE on my car, and in it. After only being at the car wash for about 15 minutes, the guy who was “detailing” my car comes and hands me my keys and says “here ya go, it’s all done.” I handed the boy the tip before I checked my car. Big mistake. There was mud still all in my car. It was like this boy didn’t even know what a vacuum looked like. He walked away after I handed him the money (of course) so I went to find him and ask for a manager. I was told the manager was on lunch, so I just left. I called up there about 20 minutes later and was told the manager was still on lunch. I ended up taking my car back with some persuasion from my mother in law. The manager, Steven, was freaking phenomenal. He had my car re-detailed and gave me and my mother in law free passes for our next visit. The assistant manager (not sure of his name) did awesome cleaning my car out. It sucked that he had to go back and fix what the first guy couldn’t do properly, but he was awesome. If you ever have a problem, Steven will definitely get it taken care of. Thank you, Steven, and awesome assistant manager who’s name I do not know, you guys rock!
I will not be going back. I've tried it at least 3 or 4 times and have been disappointed each time. I mostly get sucked in because it's convenient to where I'm either going or coming from. But never again not after today. I paid for the full service wash and apparently the only thing I got was the wash by the machines and my floor mats vacuumed. That's it. After it took the attendant forever to finish my car he calls me over as if he's done. Hands me my keys and tells me to have a great day. I look inside it had not been vacuumed Windows had not been cleaned Dash, console nothing had been touched I had to have him re- vacuum the entire car and wipe it down myself I told the manager about this and he gives me a free car wash ticket. I will use it but not at that location.
