If I could give them a half star I would, Worst service ever, and started being charged 2.00 for PAPER STATEMENT FEE and RELATIONSHIP LEVEL FEE of a total of 4.00 and to wave a 2.00 fee you have to go paperless leaving you getting charged a 2.00 fee.. Really how you gonna charge someone 2.00 to try and build a relationship with the person.. about stupid and retarded. only way to avoid this fee is to have 500.00 or more in your checking account or have a loan or credit card with them.

Without me knowing they start charging me this and then talk to a woman on the phone about it and shes going to take it into her own hands and transfer money from my checking into my saving's account to take my savings account back to 5.00 without my approval or my acknowledge.

I have been with this bank for more than 15 years. It's more of a bank than a credit union. The fees are ridiculous. Many years ago they changed where you can only have 5 free pin based transactions per month, after that you are charged $1 per transaction. That includes atms, transfers, and debit card purchases. They started charging for paper statements, so i went to e-statements. After 3 months of them still charging for paper statement even though I had signed up for e-statement, a new charge appears on my statement after getting the paper statement fee cleared. Note: they would not refund the fee even though they saw where i did sign up for e-statement. What can I say about this new fee, relationship fee. What in the world is a relationship fee??? So now you do have to have a minimum $500 in your account when what was required was $5 before. Nothing was required for checking. Why would I get a credit card or loan to avoid a fee???? I am definitely leaving to a bank, no statement fee, refunded atm fee, no minimum balance, no relationship fee as soon as I use the rest of my checks. I just bought 4 boxes ugh! Oh, and the bank gives you free checks. Another plus. Every time I called with an issue, they give the same scripted statement, "It was in the newsletter that we sent". I don't get newsletters because there's a fee. There is only 1 ffcu atm in the city and that's at the bank. You are charged if you use another bank atm so you have to drive to the bank to avoid the fee. I

Always nice staff. Only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was because I use them as a sub branch and I can't make deposits through the ATM.

Never have had a problem with them, have had many loans and mortgage through them
