I wish I could give no stars. The young lady that does the threading does not know what she is doing. I went here over a year ago and she completely made a disaster of my eyebrows and she did so again today. After a year you would have thought she learned something but she didn't. I usually take the drive to Concord or wait until I travel to Charleston, SC to get my brows done but wanted them done right away as I'm pregnant and don't want to travel. If you don't want your brows botched PLEASE do not go here. You will regret it.
I just moved to Gastonia from Raleigh and I noticed Brow Art 23 after my first visit to the mall. I thought "score" I don't have to search to find a threader. The place was empty. No customer service. The lady seemed to be bothered that I came in. I have had my brows threaded for 3 years now. Sometimes it hurts more than others but the pain she gave me was unbelievable. She hit 3 spots on each brow and then $12. I had to let my brows grow back from where she butchered them. It was ridiculous. Never go there, they should go out of business. This place is awful.
Would not recommend it.

Firts time and the last ! The lady was in such a rush I don't know why because the place was empty . She was in the phone and keep talking and don't even care what she was doing . She said she done and I gotta point 3 times spots that l have a lot of hair stil. l I left really unsatisfied . There is not good light so when I got outside I notice a lot of fuzz and my chin almost the same . Don't go to that place is always empty for a reason !! On top of that they have a big sign no refunds no exchange no money back . So if you don't like what you got you have not options .
The lady rushed through doing my eyebrows and it was very painful (I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and it does not usually hurt). She was done within a couple minutes. Even after asking her to fix something my eyebrows were uneven. I would recommend another location.
