I'd give zero stars if it were an option. I did not deal with Mark Stephens but the receptionist and Crystal Stephens. Both were unprofessional and rude. I never even got and explanation of my return from the tax preparer. I was asked to sign my husbands name on our tax return. I was asked to pay before being given any info about my return. ( had to call and ask to speak with Crystal and she was rude and defensive and didn't seam to care about customer service at all)
Mark has been preparing my taxes and giving me tax advice for three years now. He is an honest, first-rate guy who charges reasonable rates. I give him my highest recommendation.
Mark and his crew are the best at what they do in Gastonia. Went through two "bookkeeping" places and then found Mark. Very reasonable prices for business needs, payroll and always prompt answers.
Do not use this CPA.
